Monica Morgan-Vargas
Founder & Private Travel Designer

I didn't set out to become a travel designer. I became one because I witnessed firsthand what it looks like when someone does this work poorly — and I knew, with absolute certainty, that I could do it differently.

I have spent my entire professional life in service. In retail, in client relations, in event coordination — I learned to read what a person actually needs, not just what they say they want. I learned to navigate complexity with calm. And I learned that flawless coordination is invisible when it's done well. You only notice logistics when they fail.

I brought all of that into this work. And I added one thing that can't be taught — a genuine instinct for what people need emotionally, not just logistically.

What I Believe About Travel

True luxury is not about price or prestige. It's about the feeling of being deeply known and carefully cared for. It's a journey designed around you — your pace, your desires, the version of yourself you're hoping to return to.

Bienvenido a Casa means Welcome Home. I chose those words deliberately, because that is the feeling I am always designing toward. Not the thrill of arrival, but the ease of it. The sense that someone thought of everything — and that everything was thought of for you.

You Don't Have to Know How to Do This

Many of the people I work with are newer to this kind of travel. They know they want something extraordinary — they're just not sure how to find it, ask for it, or trust that it will actually feel the way they're imagining.

That's exactly where I come in. My role is to make the unfamiliar feel welcoming, and to make the exceptional feel completely natural. You don't need to know the right hotels, the right questions, or the right language. You just need to know how you want to feel.

I'll take care of the rest.
