Every journey begins the same way — with a conversation. Not a form to complete or a package to select, but a real exchange where I listen closely to where you want to go, and more importantly, how you want to feel when you get there.
01 — You Reach Out
However you find me — through a referral, a quiet search, or simply a feeling that it's time — the first step is simply making contact. There's no wrong way to begin. You might fill out the inquiry form, send a note, or be introduced by someone who knows us both. I respond personally, and we take it from there.
02 — We Have a Conversation
Depending on what's most comfortable for you, we connect by email or by phone. This isn't an intake process — it's a genuine conversation. I listen for more than destinations and dates. I'm paying attention to what's been missing, what you're hoping to feel, and what's happening in your life that's making this trip feel important right now.
03 — We Design the Journey, Your Way
Some clients want to be involved in every choice — to see the options, weigh in on the details, and feel the journey taking shape alongside me. Others would rather hand it over entirely and simply trust that it's being handled with care. Both are welcome here.
Once I understand what you're looking for, I'll follow your lead. If you want to collaborate, we'll work through it together. If you'd prefer to arrive and be surprised by something beautifully prepared, I'll take care of everything. The process is shaped around how you like to be cared for — not a fixed workflow.
04 — I Hold Every Detail
Once the journey takes shape, I handle the coordination you'd never think to ask about — room preferences and upgrades, dining reservations, private experiences, transitions between places, and all of the logistics that make travel feel effortless rather than exhausting. My goal is that by the time you depart, there is nothing left for you to manage.
05 — You Arrive and Simply Be Present
While you travel, I remain available. I prepare thoroughly so that you rarely need to reach me — but when something arises, I'm there. When you return home, my hope is that you feel genuinely cared for. Not just that it went well, but that someone truly knew you — and designed around that.
